Are all of your products in stock?

We endeavour to have stock seed all the time but occasionally we have to wait for the new crop , these crops can be seasonal and vary to where in the world they are grown.
We will let you know if a variety is not available, it will be sent as soon as it's in stock to you.

 
Is it possible to buy a gift for someone?

We offer a gift wrapping service.
We can send someone a gift,
Please create an order on our site by entering their name and address as the Delivery Address and your own as the Billing Address.

 
What types of payment do you accept?

You have several ways to pay for your orders.

List here the various payment methods you accept, for example: 
Credit or debit card online from our site. We don't offer a card service by telephone. 
Cheque by ordering from our Hardcopy Catalogue which we will send if you use our Contact form from our site. 
Paypal is the best way to buy from us if you have a Paypal account. 

 
I can't find the answer to my question. What do I do?

Click on "Contact Us" and let us know what your question is. We'll get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.

We are not always available on the Telephone . it's much easier and faster to email us. 

 
When will my order be delivered?

We try to send your order within 7 days of receiving it.
We use First Class Royal Mail for all the UK orders.

We use Royal Mail International Standard Airmail for orders to all other countries.
